Great staff, terrible snow!!!!!

We were greated by the friendliest most helpful reception staff I have ever come across, very informative about local sites, eateries, shops etc...

Great inclusive breakfast, They were very helpful when I confronted them with unusual dietry requirenments.

Great pool and gym, very central for the major shopping venues at the Eaton centre.

Stayed here for one night in the month of January. The hotel was very busy due to conferences happening all around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area is nice and the waiting area lots of seating is a nice touch. Upon entering my 2 double bed -room. The room is small and not as spacious but i was impressed with the decor it feels like a boutique yet stylish hotel. The washroom was nicely done although its a glass window open type shower i find it very modern and nice. The room came with a small fridge and a flat screen new TV. The Double beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. Also the key entry is very unique where you tap and go with a card very nicely done! Great hotel to stay for the night or even a week. I highly reccomend this hotel and will book it again ! Thank-You Holiday Inn.

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly all of the staff were at this location! The individuals at the front desk, the housekeeper and a random employee with whom I shared the elevator were friendly, smiling and conversational.
The room was clean but small. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice but there was a small section above my shower where the ceiling was peeling.
The location is perfect - close to the subway, College Park and the Eaton Centre.
I did attend a conference during the day in this same inn and there were a lot of issues with temperature control and the smell of the kitchen wafting into the conference room. That being said, it wasn't enough to stop me staying there again.

Very pleasant stay. Location is great being close to downtown. Selection of restaurants, shops and tour stops nearby. Very clean and big rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. It was very crowded when we were there as they seem to have a lot of conferences but this did not bother us. Would stay again.
