“No Progress”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Being from out of town I was intending on making this a yearly trip with my two young children. When arriving this year, nothing had changed. All the exhibits were the same. Didnt see any progress. Was very dissapointed. The IMAX is the only thing keep this place alive.

“Wonderful experience with kids”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

Atleast plan for a day - if there is a special exhibit and you pan for the planetarium show. Once that is taken care of, there are three main levels, with plenty to see, observe, experience and eat (there are kiosks in every floor and a main cafe). There is a children's educational play area too (adults need to be accompanied by kids ;-)).

We got to see "Beyond earth" special exhibit. The "living earth" and the "space" sections were great. So was the planetarium. Remember to stand in line atleast 30 minutes before the show starts - the capacity is limited to 50.

And, if you are a member of any other museum - like we are of the Tech Museum at San Jose, CA - as part of Association of Science Passport Program you get free entry here.

“Fun a couple of times, wait for a special exhibit you want to see”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012

It's a little dated and it shows. Wait until there is a special exhibit you want to see. Good for all ages but toddlers and pre schoolers will run out of steam quickly. Elevators are very limited and necessary for some.

“Great Place to Pass a day away”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Great activities for kids and adults. They have presentations to help incite the thirst for knowledge in little minds and are very family friendly in their layout. Many attractions don't allow outside food and drink to be brought in, but you can bring your own supplies here to spend the day and not spend exorbitant amounts in the cafeteria. Cafeteria is full service though and you can get healthy choices if you desire.

“You got to see this one..”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2012

If you like science, or even if you don't there is lots to do here. Plan to spend the day, you will need it. From things for young children to adults of any age, they have something to do. Nestled in the beautiful Don Valley, a wonderful place just outside as well.
