Beautiful outside and in, with a remarkable range of artistic styles from all over the world, both ancient and contemporary and everything in between. Wonderful special exhibits such as Picasso, Ai Wei Wei, The Expressionists, David Bowie - something for every art lover. Made over by renowned architect Frank Gehry, who grew up just down the street from the present gallery, the building itself is wonderful to look at, both inside and out. A wonderful sculpture by Henry Moore graces the front, and there are two eating venues inside. Easy to walk around in, and lots of places to sit and rest for a while till you're ready to continue. Special showings are free for members. Great neighbourhood to explore as well.
