Always a great place to stay!
Great restaurant on premises.
Well maintained, clean, comfortable suites, with all the amenities required for business.
I have been staying here for years and I have never been able to find a better bang for the buck anywhere in Toronto.
Feels like home away from home.

I have found Quality Suites, Toronto Airport, to be a very convenient location for my event held at the International Convention Centre. Staff has always been accommodating and friendly.
Wait staff for the restaurant and for catered events aim to please.
The Sales Management consistent in their service and provide excellent service.

I would recommend the Quality Suites as very good value for the accommodations.

Late check in due to traffic delays. Front desk very accommodating and sympathetic of our later arrival.
Graffiti's restaurant provided us with a great late dinner at a reasonable price.
Suite easily accommodated our family with a king size bed as well as a queen bed and double pull-out for our two adult children.
The room was quiet and comfortable and we awoke well rested for our next day's travel.
Airport Shuttle the next morning was on time and left us with plenty of time once we got to Pearson.
Upon return to Toronto, the Shuttle dropped us off at the hotel wher we found our vehicle safe and sound.
Hotel is perfectly situated for ready access to the airport as well as the 400 series of highways.
A must stay location for travellers and visitors to the city.
Thank you Quality Suites Toronto Airport.

I stayed here for business for several days recently, and my overall review is that is a very good hotel with excellent staff. Had I written this review on my first night, however, that would not have been the case.

I was booked into a room on the 12th (top) floor. The air conditioning unit for the hotel is on the roof, it is loud, and on the 12th floor it is overpowering. I am not a light sleeper by any means, but this noise is constant and very irrititating. I had stayed here before on a lower floor and never had this problem. As a result, at 2 am myself and one of my colleagues asked to switch rooms. Although the hotel was full, the staff (Fe - housekeeping supervisor in particular) went out of their way to prep a new room for me and switch me to a lower floor. She was the most genuinely helpful hotel staffer I have ever dealth with.

Once in my new room on the 7th floor, everything was excellent. The suites are large and clean, there is free internet and although the TVs could be more modern this did not matter much to me on this trip. Overall, very convenient location near plenty of amenities and every staff member I dealt with was exceedingly polite. When there is a service problem, understanding and friendly staff go a long way towards helping tolerate it!

Overall, a good choice (except the 12th floor, in my view), and I would return there. Excellent, excelent staff!

This hotel is pretty good we stayed here on March 28th for one night when we had to pass through Toronto to get to Cancun for Manitobas spring break. Despite our experience at the Airport our luggege never showed up and the hotels shuttle bus took about 30 Minutes to come. Our lat landing 6:45 flight and that bad stuff at the Airport meant we got our hotel at 9:15 PM and ended up having dinner in the hotels resraunt called the Quality restraunt the food was great and the service is friendly and the lady who worked at the restraunt evan told us whats for breakfast the next morning. The rooms were spotless very clean and the walls were thick enough so we didint here the people next store. The rooms only had a very noisey coffe maker and no fridge or Microwave and the TV is small and bad picture. The beds are clean and crisp but the blanket was etier too hot or too cold and the pillows are a bit thick thats why I had a resfull sleep. We got a 7:00 wake up call for a 10:00 flight. The halls are dark and dirty and the ript up carpet. The breakfast was not that good the Tea biscuts and sausage was horbal the bagels were bad as well. The shuttle bus was okay the driver was friendly there was lots of cargo space and comfy seats but the bus should come to the Airport more often. We chose this hotel near the Toronto airport due to its price, the fact that it served a complimentary full hot breakfast and provided a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Driving with family to the hotel took about fifteen minutes. Check-in was efficient and friendly. We checked out their restaurant for dinner but it serves mostly finger foods and hamburger style meals. So instead we drove the nearby Swiss Chalet on Dixon Road. The room we were give was quite large and tastefully appointed. It was nice and quiet – with no internal noise but a bit of freeway sound once in a while. The bathroom was well equipped with soap and shampoo. It was also very clean. We needed an early morning wake up call and had breakfast as soon as the restaurant opened at 6:30. The breakfast though was a disappointment. We were e-mailed from the hotel that it was a full hot breakfast with eggs. This day there were no eggs. There was cereal, various breads and bagels and fruit. In other words an enhanced continental breakfast. They should either prepare what they market or they should rebrand the breakfast to a continental one. The shuttle left right at seven and we were dropped off at Terminal one about fifteen minutes later.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, for its complimentary shuttle and breakfast and its reasonable rate. Every thing was fine except the breakfast. We would certainly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service and room rate.
