I travel frequently for both pleasure and business and TDBB is the best B& B I have ever experienced. The only hotel I stay in is the Ritz and TDBB is better! The service is without compare. The facility is beautiful, clean, attractive and in a wonderful location. The breakfast are gourmet quality and the absolute best part of the experience are Jim and Rodger. The host are attentive, bright, accomodating and go out of the way for their guest. I was shocked at the negative review posted. The only explanation is that it was written by the competition (of which there is none!!!!!) I am a repeat guest and have brought my family and extended family to TDBB. We are always treated like royalty and I cannot wait to go back.

From the moment of our arrival to the delectable aroma of fresh-baked cookies, Jim & Roger were gracious and cordial hosts, greeting us with an hour of get-acquainted conversation over a goblet of red. Our suite was spacious, sophisticated, and comfortable, and offered desirable amenities. Each morning, Chef Jim's gourmet breakfasts were served on a different set of collectible fine china. We couldn't have asked for a better location in Toronto, away from the hustle-bustle, yet convenient for touring by auto, public transit, or on foot, and--plus de resistance!--excellent dining was just across the street. Well worth the price. We'd return in a heartbeat!

There is no doubt that TDB&B is the best Bed and Breakfast my husband and I have ever stayed in. We were treated with great respect, the meals were beyond outstanding, and the hosts were engaging and delightful. Roger and Jim are well versed in the events, and activities going on in Toronto. They directed us to superb restaurants, museums, and theater. Their hospitality exceeded the 5 stars listed in the review.

What a fabulous experience my husband and I had with our best friends when we traveled to Toronto. We selected The TDB&B and were not disappointed in any aspect of our visit. The hospitality that was extended to us by our hosts was second to none. The ambiance of their home was delightful; the guest rooms were beautifully appointed and emmaculate; and the breakfast each morning was second to none ! We have traveled a great deal and prefer B&Bs ... we list the TDB&B top on our list. As a former hotelier (4 star properties) I feel that I can professionally review any hotel/Inn/B&B and the TDB&B passes every detail with superb grades. I encourage anyone to make their reservation without hesitation. You will not be disappointed!
