Stayed at this property from June 24-June 26. Check in was quick and the front desk staff were professional. I read many reviews on the location of the hotel were as others found the area not to be very great. Although the area does not look very good it is not that bad.

I really liked the room pretty large but basic overall. The room fairly clean but my only issue was there was a large stain on the carpet that was somewhat sticky.

Water pressure was the best I have seen in a hotel and the water was always hot.

If I were asked if someone should stay at this hotel I would give it two thumbs up.

Suite was very basic, but reasonably clean. They supply a electric hob, but no pans or dishes, whats the point!
We were on the 6th floor and even though it was on a main road the traffic did not really bother us.
Breakfast was very poor.
Desk staff were fairly helpfull when my wife left her bag in a cab. They rang round cab companies trying to trace it. There was prescription medicine in the bag so it was a worrying time. We went to the desk next morning and the bag had been handed in the night before but nobody thought to let us know.

I had a guranteed reservation with my credit card made on 5/27/05. I got to the hotel at 2 am, Guess no room I slept in the lobby for a 8 am meeting.

We had a pleasant stay at the Comfort Suites Hotel. The hotel was
clean with good sized bedrooms, nice restaurant/bar attached and
free internet access which was ideal. We noticed from other reviews
the comments about the surrounding area but we did not find this an
issue and frequently walked to the various city attractions - Eaton
Centre 5 mns walk away. The hotel staff were most helpful and we
would consider this hotel again in the future.
