We were recently celebrating a friend's birthday and decided to stay at the Sheraton. We booked through hotel.com. We had a phenomenal time. Everything we requested for was given to us... nice cabana suite with a walk out patio. Thanks to Mark Ducusin who went the extra mile to ensure we were treated like royals. He sent a lovely cheese and fruit plate and bottle of wine to our room, and gave us access to a complimentary breakfast at the Club Lounge on the 43rd floor. We were so touched and impressed. It's added value like this that you don't see too often.

It's customer service at its finest.

Great rooms. Very clean. Comfy beds. Connected to the underground mall which was nice because it was raining most of the time I was there and I could easily get food without going outside. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of June 2012. The hotel is in a very good location and is clean. However we requested a room with views of CN Tower and as we checked in this was confirmed at the front desk. Our room did point towards the CN Tower, however all we could see was an office block on the other side of the street!
Second and third night we had to endure from 12:00 midnight to 07:00 in the morning what sounded like a giant pneumatic drill noise coupled with the occasional noise from a grinder saw
( breaking up concreate and cutting through the reinforcing steel at a local construction site) luckily we so tired after enjoying the city all day we managed to sleep through it.
It would have also been nice if when we checked out we were asked if every thing was okay with the stay?

Room Tip: For a good low cost breakfast try Tim Hortons just out side the entrance to the Centre and take it b...

Dear Trip Advisor Member,

Thank you for submitting your review and allowing me to apologize for the noise. We had not expected that there would be any demolition happening and thus did not notify our guests. This is our fault. I hope that you consider trying us again sometime. We guarantee a better night's sleep.

Just getting ready to leave the hotel after spending a full week here. Arrived last Sunday to a busy hotel. Valet parking was seemless. Although very busy everything moved very quickly from the parking to the booking in. Room on the 36 floor was very clean and inviting. Internet worked very well with no problems all week with it. Breakfast on the 43rd floor was always fresh and a reasonable selection of items for most people. Again the employees were very polite and attentive.
Evening munches again on the club floor lounge, again a varied selection with something for everyone. Here it is Saturday morning and I can honestly say the food, staff and general demeanor of all never waivered during the course of the week. The valet parking staff were always polite and quick to retrieve your vehicle. Dylan at the front desk was polite and helpful with simple requests.
Overall it has been a pleasant week staying at the Sheraton. Mr Stanton Singh and Tong Dunn must be proud of thief staff, as I observed the way the staff handled other patrons of the hotel.
I should also note that the hotel of course is central to fine eating establishments as well as the entertainment section. A 10 minute walk to the Royal Alex as an example. Overall a very pleasant stay. We will look forward to our next stay in the not to distant future at the Sheraton!

Room Tip: Club class, higher floors

I have stayed at this property several times before, and always have the same reaction. It is consistently just ok. Very large hotel, which leads to crowded and busy elevators, slow service, and lack of attention from staff. On the positive side, the club level breakfast buffet is good, and the wifi is not too bad. If you are looking for excellent service and personalized attention, this hotel is not for you.

Room Tip: Get a room on the club level.

Just arrived home after a holiday to toronto and Niagara. We stayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean but with dust on some surfaces, the carpet had a big stain on it. Beds were really comfy, we had 2 doubles. The room had a coffee machine with paper cups, coffee and tea sachets, but there was no normal flavour tea or coffee and the ones that were there were awful, so take your own. Air conditioning is noisy so could not leave it on through night. Christine on the information desk is very helpful. A few people we spoke to had been upgraded and had use of exclusive lounge, we did not. The hotel did not have a comfortable bar/lounge for our use. The hotel is in good location for everything, we walked to ferry for the toronto islands, went to CN tower. The Eaton centre is very close and the hotel is attached to the PATH underground shopping centre. The subway station is close by also. There is a bar called Quinns attached to hotel which is very nice and has lovely staff and a restaurant. We had a nice breakfast at Shopsys also part of Quinns.

Room Tip: the north tower

Dear Trip Advisor Member,

Please accept our apologies about the coffee. We serve Starbucks coffee in all of our guest rooms as well as Tazo teas. They seem to be a favorite for many of our guests but we understand that not everybody enjoys them.
