“A pearl in the Toronto Oyster Bed”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2014

I was pleasantly surprised. Right downtown BUT quite modern (renovated, obviously) inside. Reasonable price. Underground parking is tight, but indoors and secure (additional $23/day with in/out). Sleep quality? I will let you know. Have booked the next 6 (business) weeks here based on this one night's stay experience.

Just stayed in Toronto this past weekend and we stayed at Best Western Primrose. Very nice hotel. Room was up to date with all the amenities needed. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at the Primerose several times for both personal and business trips. It's a terrific location within easy walking distance of the places in Toronto of interest to me. I've found the staff to be professional and always willing to help to the best of their ability. Of particular note, every bed I've slept in has been comfortable and on-par with my bed at home.

We stayed here as part of a tour. We had to request a room change due to unpleasant odours in the room. The change was organised without any problem. The room was not particularly clean and we were glad to move on from here. The location is close to a very big supermarket which is good. Plenty of eating places nearby which is also good. It is rather out of the centre of the city, but okay.

I had a great stay. The room was comfortable. The room was clean. A couple of lights were turned off in the hallways but it was still bright. A bit expensive I thought. The location is a bit sketchy too.

It was a great place to stay. Close to where my daughter works and where my appointment was the next morning. The room was large and roomy and well equipped with fridge and microwave. We did not hear anything from the students. Would definitely return.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was comfortable. I think that the facade of the hotel needs to be updated, as well as the bathrooms. I never had breakfast unfortunately. I also think the hotel should provide room service. Otherwise a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed.
