“not handicapped accesiable”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013

This hotel is very hard to get in with a wheel chair. No rails in washrooms. Cant fit wheel chair in washroom. Have to go to lobby and use washroom there with no hand rails. Couldn't park. Had to park next door and walk to hotel pushing wheel chair and trying to get the luggage in.

The room was filthy, I was afraid to touch anything. There was a wet spot on the bed. The air conditioner and the bathroom fan were so noisy. The TV reception was very snowy. This is not a four star hotel! Do not stay here.

This hotel should not be a Best Western.
The website photos were misleading; instead of the new-looking & clean bedroom, we got a run-down, dirty and unkept room. An electrical plug fell off in our hands. Bathroom was unclean, caulking joints were missing, tiles had dirt running down, yuk!
Breakfast was expensive but tasty.
Only good point: beds were comfortable.
WILL NOT, REPEAT NOT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!

The hotel isn't new but our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were huge. However, the paying method was weird. The staff held an amount in my credit card which was higher than the price. They said, after I left the hotel, I'd get the difference within 3 working days. Weird though.

Our room was clean and big. Front desk staff was great. 45 minute walk to the rogers center or 10 minute cab. Tim hortons in the lobby! (Only one guy working saturday morning though).
Overall good stay would definitely recommend!

we did not enjoy this hotel as it was not up to best western's high standard . this hotel with its oh well atitude did not impress me at all ..the hotel was very drab ,boring and out dated . the prices did not reflect the quality, service or value we received so much so we packed and continued our vacation down the street!!!!

Room Tip: go a little further down carlton to another hotel and save a lot of hassles

It is a great hotel, nice staff, nice rooms and a good breakfast. Located close to downtown Toronto

Although the hotel says you don't have to reserve a parking spot, we ended up parking a few blocks away from the hotel because the parking lot of the hotel was full! So consider this as a tip: Book the parking upfront if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.
