We stayed three nights in early December. We recommend this hotel as comfortable, pleasant, good value. The staff without exception were cheerful and helpful. The suite was laid out well, the equipment was good, the furniture was new and the room was quiet and clean.

We were in a business trip to Toronto over the weekend. Homewood suites is one of our favorite brand when it comes to value for what we pay. The hotel is clean and recent. Rooms which are all suites are spacious and well organized. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast option is nice and offers a good variety. The breakfast area looks very good and although we didn't use the indoors pool, it looked quite good. The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. We left behind a flat iron in the room. We called, they recovered it and sent it back to us by Purolator (at our cost but that was expected... They couldn't possibly pay for returning everything people leaves behind).

We stayed for two nights but could have stayed longer without a problem.

We stayed her on Thursday November 1st 2012 as a Stay and Fly. We asked for a smoking room as my wife smokes but didn't realize how gross this room would be. The room was dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in sometime. The dishwasher had a load of dirty dishes in it yet the sticker on the counter said the dishes wee clean. There was a dirty plate in the kitchen cupboard as well. This is our second year in a row staying here and last year was great so i don't know what happened...management change maybe? One thing about this hotel that drives me nuts is the shuttle service. Only leave once per hour which is absolutely ridiculous. When we arrived back from our trip and called and asked for a pickup they said they would send someone right away, 40 minutes later I called back and was told the driver maybe caught in traffic or something. The driver they sent was a small asian women that might have weighed 80 lbs soaking wet so there was no way I was going to make her load my heavy suitcases in the van. It took WAY to long to get a shuttle back to the hotel to pickup our vehicle. I'm afraid this is our last time staying at this hotel. It's really gone downhill from last year.

We stayed at this hotel twice in both of our stops in Toronto during our two-week Canada trip.
The first time was one night and the second was for four nights. Rooms are well equipped, clean, and well made up everyday. We chose this hotel for the free breakfast buffet, but it turned out that they also offered free dinner buffet (M-Th)! Well, both buffets were minimal but complete, of high quality, and good day-to-day variety. In fact, that's what we feel about this place. They have everything that should be had, no more, no less. Good and relative new laundry machines in the clean laundry room. Adequate exercise machines in the fitness room. A small but not too small indoor swimming pool. Computer room with printers. The hotel is well decorated but not in a luxurious way. Finally, the staffs are all amazingly nice and efficient. Location is near the highway, near the airport, and is within a 10-minute drive to almost any basic daily needs. Strongly recommended.
