“2013 Rogers Cup Semi-Finals”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2013

My son Henry and I purchased tickets a couple of days before to watch two Canadians square off in one of the two semi-finals matches. The Rogers Centre is an excellent venue with very friendly staff and good amenities. We hope to attend the tournament again next year.

“great baseball experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

We attended 2 Red Sox/Blue Jays' games & it was an awesome experience. The ball park is not too large to feel overwhelmed & we were very impressed with the staff & security in how there is no tolerance for disrespectful behavior. As a die hard Sox fan, I love Fenway Park but would welcome some re-teaching in good sportsmanlike behavior! Simple things like being asked to wait until there is a change in batter before going back to your seat after a trip to concession or restroom & we witnessed a few unruly fans being asked to leave seats after disruptive behavior.

Ballgame experience was fun with lots of fan spirit & some giveaways & our seats were a great find at face value.

“First ever ballgame and it was fun!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

On our recent trip tomBoston we were disappointed not to be able to get tickets for the Red Sox at Fenway Park, but when we travelled straight after to see our daughter in Toronto we were please to book to see them play the resident team the BlueJays. Being a Limey we had no real idea about the game so googled it and decided it was not dissimilar to rounders (sorry US cousins) so that helped us. Boy does it vary in speed. Some guys could not hit those 90mph pitches no wonder so at times the game lagged. But we did get to see a home run and that was exciting but only for the small number of Red Sox fans! What I loved was the family atmosphere, the general goodwill, and fantastic manners of the spectators , no one stood in your way, you waited till the pitch was done to return to seats. It was long thought at 4 hours due to extra innings. Loads of food and merchandise, watch out for the ticket touts, we bought online having been warned! Great American experience and one I won't forget!

“Fun Blue Jays game...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2013

...even if they lost :-(

Had a fun day from almost the top row in the stadium. The view was pretty good, considering.

We bypassed all the lines by getting a ticket at the ticket kiosk. Got to watch the dome open. Lots of fun activities during the game. It was "Camp Day," and lots of fun to see all the kids on the big screen.

Take in your own water, unless you want to pay highway robbery $5.

We did have peanuts and Cracker Jacks!

“Definitely worth a visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2013

We spent three very pleasant hours watching baseball here. Good views, great amosphere. Even for people who don't understand baseball it was great.

Beer is CAD $10, though, and they check your bags on the way in!
