“One of the best places to catch a live band”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

A "country" dive bar on Ossington (close to Dundas), that has good bands playing
on almost every day of the week. It's one of the best bets for a party even on a Sunday.
The bar is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is fantastic.

“Great music, brunch and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2012

What a fun way to kick off Grey Cup Sunday with a good, fun brunch. The service was great and bluegrass band were very good. All you can eat eggs, sausages, pancakes and homefries, were delicious and served on a platter. The bar was open for some cool drinks. A glass of orange juice was included. Best value in town.

“Gramma's rec room with better food and music”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2012 via mobile

This is such a cool little joint. Great local menu, semi-dreadful table service any time I've visited. Usually one waitstaff for the whole floor, then no table service at all! This is my only real beef however, prettiest little stage you ever saw, someone who loves roots/rockabilly/bluegrass books these shows with a great ear. General feeling of familial disorganization aboutthe place, really doesn't detract at all

“Fantastic, unique place for delicious brunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2011

This is a great little place. Sunday brunch is a must-do, with different bluegrass bands playing every week, and all you can eat eggs, sausages, pancakes and homefries, which are delicious. Its as much about the experience as the food, but it really is a unique and great fun experience.
