“A very nice meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

3 of us were at the Eaton's Centre on a Tuesday night and went on the Winterlicious website to find a good meal close by. The Trios Bristro came up as being only a few meters away and we were off. The menu had food that met everyone's taste and the service was great. Highly recommended.

“Excellent Food, Wonderfull service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2012

A bit unusual to a hotel restaurant. The staff was very pleasent and willing to go the extra mile on service. The Short ribs just done right. Tender and full of flavours. Lobster risotto and the angus beef was excellent too. Outstanding. Would be back here for sure.

“Upper end hotel food, dinner a notch above breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012 via mobile

Ate here 3 times, 2 breakfasts and a dinner. The breakfasts were well made, the kids enjoyed the buffets, I enjoyed the Benedict. I'd only eat the buffet if you have a deal from Marriott, as the price tag is 26 bucks. $120 for 6 breakfasts...3 of them kids, seems a bit much. $4.50 for coffee? Breakfast service was slow if not non-existent.

Dinner was better, a bit more humanely priced. The fish and chips were very good. Service was better at night as well.

“OK for Hotel food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2011

Not bad place for a hotel. That said, one of the guests found some plastic in the salad and the waiter although attentive did not follow through on the orders. Had the meatloaf which was fine. If your on business and don't wish to explore anything outside the hotel it's an OK place.

“Great Breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2011

I must admit that I have only eaten breakfast at this restaurant while being a hotel guest (twice). I actually look forward to having either French Toast selection for breakfast (Apple and Mascarpone French Toast or Crunchy Grilled French Toast). I grew up eating French Toast and these two are fantastic.
Having a nightcap should not be a problem as the bar seems fairly stocked. The dinner and bar service are excellent. The restaurant is open to three stories tall and can get somewhat noisy so a quiet romantic dinner may be best somewhere else.
