“Very different experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

After visiting the Hockey Hall of Fame we came across this place in the same building. Definitly interesting and different. It worked out well for our family since we all like different foods. They cook your meal for you at all of the different stations and then slide your card to put it onto a bill. It is a bit on the high side for price but the food was very good. The staff there were very friendly as well. Would definitly go there again and reccommend that visitors at least try it once!

“Pricey but fun concept”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013

Had Ceasar Salad which was made while you watched. I was asked if I wanted chicken or shrimp but there was no warning of "extra" and the pricing was not visible on their board at the salad station. The Roast beef was delicious but the hot veggie side is an extra! You only get potatoes. You can get gravy and not pay extra for that.

Watch out for the automatic "gratuity" tacked on to your bill to which HST is then charged. Since when is a tip taxable at the till?

It's a novel concept for a restaurant and very popular. Haven't found anything like it out west.

“Good effort”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

Great for a family who all like different things . Almost too much to choose from, but a fun concept choosing the food to be cooked for you at different stations. Reasonably priced too.

“Fresh cooked, and you choose”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2013

OMG! You get a card as you enter the maze, or expanse of the cooking area. Fresh pasta after 2pm, breads, eggs all kinds, seafood all kinds, sushi, meats, salads, Chinese, Mexican, Panini, desserts, ice cream, drinks. What more can you ask for? Clean. When you request something they ring it up on your card and when you are done, check out and they total it up off your order off your card. Convenient. Prices depend on what you choose to eat
Do not miss out on trying this place. Then you can go down to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
