We eat here every year. I recommend the meal for 4 @ 150 dollars. It is huge and brought to the table in waves.
The pluses? Clearly, no one expects you to hurry through your meal. If you are following a Gluten free diet, only the Nan (bread) uses wheat.
Amazingly, the four of us left nearly nothing. Including a delicious local red for only 23 dollars.
We had just come from a sports bar and ordered half a bottle. The manager opened a new bottle, letting us know, we would only be charged for what we used. We drank it all. Nature abhors an empty wine bottle.
Amazing variety of sauces and always useful and dependable service.
If you do not eat much Indian food, the Raja might change your mind.
On a budget? Try lunch or just a few dishes. I don't bother with the rice and focus on the meats and vegetables.
Vegetarians can order a la carte from a delicious variety.
You will like the looks of the Raja. Not overdone, but tasteful reminders of India.
I rate the price at only two $$ because our meal was huge, an over the top lets go crazy indulgence. You can eat well here for much less.
