Visited for late lunch on Good Friday as we do for the past 5 years. Food was usually good and service ok, but not today. We have arrived with our 8 months old daughter, got a table with little trouble. First waitress showed up and asked us if we noticed if we came before some people, as she wants to help us in order. I said I have no idea. Then she left us. Another waitress took our order a while later. We ordered two fish dishes, fish and chips and a fish burger and mashed peas for our daughter. Our order arrived quite quickly, with the exceptions of the peas. Waitress said they will be coming shortly. Then no one attended to our tables till we were done. Peas never arrived, and our waitress never showed up to our table, so we could not remind them. I had to find the waitress somewhere by the bar and ask for bill and mentioned that we don't need food for our kid as we're leaving. Also as nobody ask how our food was, I could not complain about my tomato being totally green and uneatable. Then we spent a long time waiting for a bill and it took for ever to pay as the lady at the cash decided to take money from people coming for pick up orders first. Even we had a child starting to fuss. Finally one of the take out customers mentioned to the cashier that he will pay after us. I understand that on Good Friday this place is busy, but they definitively need to be more organized+, or get more staff for busy times and deliver the food people order, especially if it is for a child. I guess we have to break our Easter tradition and stop going there. Too bad, as fish is not bad and fries are good, apparently all you can eat, as another waitress was explaining to the table beside us, but no one ever explained this to us, as no one was taking care of our table.
