My brother and I went there and we were not impressed. I arrived 5 min before he did, and it took all 5 minutes with the greeter/waitress/whateverthehellshewas to get it clear that I wanted to order off the regular menu, not the 'all you can eat' one. I'm not sure if it was a language issue or they just were in a contrary mood, but she almost got snappy with me. When my brother arrived, she snapped at him he could not order from the all u can eat because I was doing the regular menu....as one of the other reviewers noted, menu-nazi's or what!
To cut to the chase, I got spring rolls which were not very good and Pad Thai that did not taste like any pad thai I've ever had before...what a disappointment! I dont remember what my brother got, it was'nt quite as bad as mine, but he thought it average at best. The waiter had a hard time with the language and had a very hard time trying to explain the meals to us. I ended up ordering the wrong appetizer because of that. The restaurant itself is very nice with a modern spin. Other family have gone here and said they liked the 'all you can eat' food, but it was'nt quite as good as the shogun sushi place. Price was ok, assuming one liked their food.
