I stay in A LOT of hotels.
Great rooms -- good size, brand new furnishings, and great pillows (very important).
Only dealt with one person upon check-in and checked out online but she was very very friendly and helpful.
Downside -- had to go down to front desk to use their one wine opener they found. Really.
Other downsides -- pool closes at 10pm. I arrived at 11pm and couldn't swim or hottub. Hilton's equivalent to Marriot's Fairfield (Hampton Inn) had a midnight close on their hottub/pool. Much better. Also much better is Hampton's 10pm complimentary breakfast close -- Fairfield's is at 9am. Bunk.
SUMMARY: Great rooms and great facility. Clean, large-ish, and brand new. Excellent rooms. But pool ends too early at night and breakfast too early in the morning.
So stay here if you go down and wake up early (which means you also don't drink wine). But stay at Fairfield if you want a late-night swim and bottle of wine complete with late(r) morning breakfast.
