We decided to have an experience at Roland's because we are always greeted with the best service in town but on our visit our server Liz was obviously having a bad day.
My co-worker and myself both had prime rib which was piping hot and the sides were just as good. Liz however ruined our experience and we won't be back.
We ordered wine and it took her 20 minutes to get to our table. Not sure why it took her so long she had 6 tables and have been served quicker in busier settings. Our water was not refilled, she snapped at myself when I asked her to repeat the feature as if though her mind was clearly elsewhere. I would have called the restaurant and spoke to the owner but I think a thread like this might open their eyes to who they hire.
If you dine at Roland's do yourself a favor don't ask to be served by this waitress apparently Liz thinks she is above her job description and for the tip regret leaving her anything but wanted other staff not to go without because she doesn't like her job. To the owner you should maybe make sure the staff working are having a good day because for her service you lost two customers who will only tell two more.
Liz should think of leaving service if she doesn't like people and maybe work in the kitchen
