“What a Fantastic Atmosphere!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2014

3 of us went out for supper on a Friday night right after work. It was early for supper and quite quiet. We took a seat by the window and just as we sat down there were multiple planes landing and taking off. Yes, I know it's at an airport and I should expect that but it still is kind of nice to sit and watch the activity as you have a drink and eat your meal. Waitresses were very pleasant and attentive. The supper menu is limited to 6 or 7 main courses but there was a nice variety to select from. Steak, a Bison Burger, Stuffed Chicken, Chicken Alfredo and Fish and Chips were all highly recommended. We decided on the Fish, the Stuffed Chicken and the chicken Alfredo. All served hot and nicely presented - excellent! The meal comes with a good sized fresh salad and a couple pieces of warm Homemade Bread. Great place for a casual dinner with a little activity playing out in front of you. Highly recommend! Note...went back out for an early morning breakfast a week later with 2 other couples, also very good!

“Best Spot in the City”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2014

Quick and delicious. Cheerful, accommodating staff. Enjoyed this restaurant for lunch and dinner. Stuffed chicken breast was the best I have ever eaten. Intend to visit this spot over and over. My husband and I visit this wonderful spot regularly. It is a very welcoming stop for everything from a quick coffee, a very tasty lunch or a relaxing, quite dinner. Sunday bruch has become well known, so you may have a wait, but well worth it.

“A HIDDEN GEM”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

I have enjoyed many meals here since discovering this restaurant a few years ago. The food is outstanding (the best hamburger I have ever had, and delicious home made fries with gravy), the staff warm and welcoming, and the location is fabulous. In the comfort of this intimate restaurant you can watch planes arrive and depart in a tranquil setting. In addition to all this, the prices are very reasonable. I encourage everyone to give this hidden gem a try; I know that you won't be disappointed.

“Best food around”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2013

Regular stop for dinner on Friday. Always excellent. Fish and Chips are the best anywhere. Last week our table had beef stir fry, cedar planked salmon and stuffed chicken breast. Food is spectacular. Highly recommend it. Like all good food, it does take time to prepare, so don't expect a fast food environment. Definitely 5 stars!!!

“Great Atmosphere & Yummies”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2013

Stopped by for lunch last week with the kiddos to check out the airport. What a great find. Nice menu with great selection of breakfast and lunch items. We had the Rueben and Poutine (of course). The Poutine was done in it's own casserole dish, piping hot with the best brown gravy!
The kids enjoyed selections off the kids menu including hot dog & french fries. Glass of wine with lunch? Don't mind if I do...Nice to see such a little place so busy. If you come for lunch on weekends don't be suprised to find a 5 - 10 minute wait. Next time we hope to see Big Herc land/take off!!
