We took our two children for dinner here tonight. Kids eat free mon and tues so it seemed we were ahead before we even began. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were hoping for a ma and pa experience - clean, cheap and homemade but all we got was cheap-ish. My husband ordered the clubhouse and it was really bad. the chicken had that stale freezer burnt taste to it and smelt like wet dog. gross. The kids had spaghetti and grilled cheese. the grilled cheese was good but the spaghetti was terrible. the noodles were obviously pre cooked, soggy and tasted of water. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant. How could they not have spared the time to cook fresh pasta? My french onion soup was ok and my ruben sandwich was lifeless. We hardly touch our meal and the waitress was a drab as the food. She never even offered to bring our ice-cream, which was included, which was fine by us. We could hardly wait to get out of there.
Oh, and the carpet was disgustingly dirty for a restaurant that just re-opened last year after "renovations".
