We booked hotel rooms for a wedding and had a signed contract and everything yet the hotel decided to give our rooms away to someone else and we are still trying to resolve this issue. A complete disaster as all our guests are being refused rooms which we had reserved 6 months in advance. Stay away from this place!

A wedding was being planned and the staff there seemed extremely friendly. The couple was excited because they found the right place. No deposit was given as the couple were told to wait a bit before giving the deposit because there were some minor changes coming to the menus and a slight price increase would also be in effect. This would not have been a problem except the increase amounted to almost 40%! A significant amount for a young couple starting out. The integrity of the organization is in question for allowing this to happen without warning and especially while there are people waiting for the Resort to respond. The young couple since has made other arrangements that will turn out better, thankfully. Poor treatment of customers.

Customer service at this hotel is atrocious. I have waited for almost 1 year for them to refund a "no-show" billing that was done in error. They have made excuses for their delay, never disputing the fact that I am owed money. Now they have resorted to ignoring phone calls and emails. I have never been treated in such a poor manner as this from any hotel...beware!
