I really like the service and attitude of the motel management. Rooms are clean and up dated. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. This place is very close to downtown and Nipissing lake beach. I recommend this motel for singles and families.

Arriving from southern Ontario after being harassed, robbed and left homeless; my hope was to go north for some peace and quiet. Arriving by bus at North Bay in the early evening, our hosts Jeevan, Mona and their children greeted me in the office providing both an exceptional weekly rate and relief from anxiety.

The rooms are clean with many upgrades and it is clear the new owners have put their hearts into renovating this park. All requests were greeted with a quick response and courteous service. It is truly a diamond in the rough and I will be back to see the progress.

Witness spectacular sunsets on Lake Nipissing from the beach and park across the highway or take advantage of the many restaurants and mall within walking distance. You will not be disappointed whether hotelling, camping or trailering.

Simply but wide rooms, good manners and willingness of the owners. We had a big problem whith our car and the owners help us in a sublime way. The location of the motel is near the lakeshore and there are many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Stayed one night on our way from Ottawa to Sudbury. Looks nice on pictures, well trust me, the place is a dump. Small rooms, extremely dirty carpets, and unfriendly staff! Must say location was good, many restaurants within walking distance. Never return!!!
