This continues to be our favorite restaurant and we visit as frequently as we can. This time we had the five course tasting menu with wine pairings. It was all excellent. Superb flavours and outstanding presentation. The meal included: salami salad (great texture) potato and Romanesque soup, salmon on quinoa, beef strip loin and dessert. Our favorite ice wine (Cabernet franc) was served with the dessert. A truly excellent meal. Jason Parsons continues to impress.
