The food is Meh - but we received such world class service I had to give it 4 stars. Tiara needs a real focus and talent in the kitchen - the room and outdoor space are so beautiful but the menu is old school and the actual food choices are terrible. Example: we ordered the cheese plate on the patio and it had one tired grocery store brie, one unidentified white cheese and one scary 70s style deep orange cheddar chunk that frightened us too much to actually eat. if you are one of the best hotels in the region, your kitchen should reflect that - just sayin'
