Paved travel along Niagara river with great views and foliage. Nice walk at leisurely pace or jog to your hearts content.

“World Class trail”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2015

A beautiful treed trail that follows the Niagara River.Between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara falls the path has lots of curves but only one major hill at Queenston Heights .Lots of historic( Fort George,McFarland HouseMacKenzie Print shop,Laura Secord St. Marks Church and cemetary); and scenic destinations and spectacular views( don't miss Queenston Heights )regularly spaced along the route .As well you can enjoy lovely architecture in the adjacent homes and visit excellent wineries ( Peller Estates, Two Sisters,Reif;Ice Wine House;Lailey etc.); fruit stands and the Kurtz Orchards facility with condiment and delicatessen specialties.
Niagara Falls and all its' attractions is a destination.Don't miss the Botenical Gardens and Butterfly museum mid way to the falls.

“The Slow Roll”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2015 via mobile

One of the best paved trail in the province, definitely the best views. We usually do the lower section to NOTL, leave the climb up Brock's monument to the spandex centurions. We park across from Tegunno Farms, you pass by Iniskillen and Rief wineries down to the fort. I'm getting used to the Union Jack flag, and there is a new pavilion there that should be open soon looks to be some sort of water feature? Today we turned around and headed back 1 hour. But if you want to sit in the gazebo and check out the lake and the American Fort, or just grab a cone downtown and oggle the tourists it's just another 5 mins in. Enjoy

“Beauty and exercise together!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2015

The Niagara area is well-kept and littered with beautiful homes and gorgeous gardens to ogle. Get plenty ideas for your own garden! Well-marked trails keep you on the right path. Very flat so excellent for walking, running, wagons, wheelchairs...

Watch out for the flower tax - its worth it though as the whole place is beautiful.
I'm so glad I went, lovely food - lovely people - great walks - very clean.
