We came to Southbrook for their "Weekends with Monforte" wine and cheese pairing in March 2013. (here is the dairy info: http://www.monfortedairy.com/). We tasted four different wines, each paired with a different cheese and jam ($15 per person). Chris led the tasting and gave great explanations of the Southbrook winemaking process. We really liked their Vidal ice wine--great flavor and not too sweet or syrupy. After the pairing, we headed to the bar and tasted other wines. Being from California and enjoying Napa and Sonoma wines, we love a big full-flavor red wine and Southbrook had several offerings that meet our needs and also our budget (<$20 per bottle). Overall, a great experience--I highly recommend it.
