“A beautiful B and B...........”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

We stayed in The Dickinson Room at Two Bees and loved the gorgeous decorating, and especially appreciated having a small seating area with two easy chairs. Al and Lori are wonderful hosts, and Lori makes breakfasts to die for! What Al doesn't know about the town, the area and the wineries and theatre, is not worth knowing. He was so helpful in giving directions and maps and dining recommendations. The whole B and B is wonderful, with a lovely living room for guests and a wrap-around veranda. Snacks and complimentary drinks abound. It's a terrific place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Room Tip: The Tennyson is larger and faces the front of the house. We enjoyed the somewhat smaller Dickinson...

We had a lovely weekend in Niagara on the Lake staying at Two Bees, Lori and Al's Bed and Breakfast. Warm welcome, gorgeous house, all the help we needed to get around for biking and for visiting few wineries. One block from the main street, two from the lake, really close to the Niagara Parkway bike path. We booked the Dickinson room, not the largest but so well appointed, I enjoyed the Jaccuzi near the " bay window" overlooking at the trees and their flowers. Breakfast was excellent, served outside when the weather is nice for it or in the dining room with the other guests, the last morning they even got us a lunch bag because we were leaving early so that we could get back home before dinner.
Thanks again Lori and Al, we had a very pleasant (but a way too short) vacation.

We've stayed at the Two Bees for several years running, and once again Al and Lori went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We had some health and other minor travel crises, and Al and Lori helped us deal with everything. Lori's breakfasts continue to be amazing and varied and tailored to her guests' preferences and dietary needs. Al and Lori are also wonderful sources of advice for what to see, where to eat, local history, etc. We'll be back again next year!

My mom and I had a wonderful time at Two Bees B&B. It exceeded our expectations in every way! Our room was spotless and very welcoming and comfortable. I chose the Browning room so we could each have our own bed. Lori and Al are both very personable and professional. The food was a wonderful surprise each morning. Special care was given to my gluten sensitivity. The B&B is very close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed helping ourselves to hot and cold beverages and snacks and had a nightly glass of sherry! Lori and Al go above and beyond as hosts. We were blessed by our stay and I would recommend to all visiting in Niagara on the lake. This is a stand-out place!

A sincerely warm welcome and a very nice room; Lori and Al spend time explaining how to get arouind, what are the best restaurants and made bookings for us.
Small attentions in the place like coffee pad machine, free soft drinks .. but also a magical drawer with bandaids and thylenol.. they do all they can so that you feel almost like at home..

Great breakfast with all kinds of homemade cakes, yogourts , juice etc..

Don't pass your way, if you go to Niagara on the Lake, this is the place !

My boyfriend originally intended to visit Two Bees in early February but due to a storm we had to reschedule to March 16-17 - luckily Lori and Al were very understanding and we were finally able to visit their lovely B&B this weekend.
The Two Bees is in a perfect location, close to both the lake and the main street in town. The house itself is modern and features everything you could want for a weekend away. The main level living room is a nice place to sit and read or have a glass of complementary sherry. We stayed in the Tennyson suite which also features a small sitting area and fireplace - as well as a great double jacuzzi tub! The upstairs hall also has a coffee/tea maker and a well stocked fridge as well as supplies in case you forget anything (toothbrushes, advil, etc).
Lori and Al are extremely welcoming, down to earth hosts who are very knowledgeable about the town and its history. If you are unsure of where to eat, or which historical site or winery to visit, do not hesitate to ask! We took their advice and visited Coyote's Run and Reif wineries and were not disappointed.
We will definitely be back again soon!

Room Tip: Spend the extra $10 for the Tennyson suite - the fireplace and sitting room area, as well as massive...

Very comfortable B & B situated in a very convenient location with wonderful hospitality from our hosts Lori and Al. We appreciated the care they took to meet our special nutritional requirements and the advice they gave us on vineyards and restaurants
