“Consistent Chain”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

Went to this Rainforest to introduce our 20 month old to the experience. He loved all the animals and exhibits and all were working great. Business was clean , staff was friendly, and service was good. Prices were fair considering the area where a pancake meal at Perkins costs $14. Food was okay. Never is it great, but always consistent. If you have young children this is a must do anywhere they are.

We are certainly glad you and your family enjoyed their visit here at the Rainforest Cafe. ....sometimes all the whooping of the gorillas and the trumpeting of the elephants can seem overwhelming to small children so it is wonderful to hear that your 20 month old found the adventure so thrilling!!!
Thank you again for taking the time to offer some feedback and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

“Very nice time for the whole family. Bring your camera.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

We loved all the animal art work through the resteraunt. The atmosphere was very welcoming and a delight for the eyes for sure. Every 20 minutes the was a "thunder storm" where the lights flickered and there were realistic rain and thunder sounds. It was lots of fun for the kids. In the midddle of the resteraunt the ceiling is set up like an evening sky with lots of twinkling stars and the occasional shooting star done through fiber optics. Very nie effect for sure. There are a few large fish tanks one with a shark and they are very pleasant to look at.

The food is quite good but pricey which is a downfall for large familys, we have 6 in ours.

Would definately recomend this even if you just go in and share a large plate of fries, the experience is worth it!

“Excellent experience for the kids”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

What a great idea for the kids. They just loved it. Food was a little expensive but good. The waitress was one of the best we every had, she was excellent with the kids. Thank you for the great service Amanda S. The atmosphere was incredible the way they have the walls come to life. The walls come to life every 15 mins. or so. Then the thunder and lightning. The kids just loved it. We got the souvenir glasses for the kids. Great experience thank you.

We are glad your kids loved it!!! I'm assuming the adults did too :)
It is wonderful to hear that the service you received from Amanda exceeded your expectations (this is an area we continue to set very high standards in).
It is also nice to hear the souvenir glasses were a big hit and added to an already great experience.
Thank you again and we look forward to entertaining you on your next adventure in the
Rainforest Cafe'.

“An interesting concept!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2013

This is my first visit to the Rainforest Cafe and I was very impressed with the concept. The kids loved to see the moving animals and it did feel like you were in a real rain forest complete with thunder and lightning.

The food there is extremely good albeit quite expensive for a family of four. Remember not to be caught out buying the light up cups as they will set you back $8.00 and the kids cups are $10.

Overall it was great experience, the service was excellent. I will go back again.

Thank you for your feedback!
I'm so glad your children enjoyed seeing the moving animals and felt like they were in the heart of the jungle. I apologize that you did not notice the additional charge for the take home glasses as it does state this in the drink menu? I will revisit this with our serving staff (Safari Guides) and ask them to notify the guests upon ordering.
I'm glad your experience was memorable and we will hopefully see you soon
