Our Innkeeper Susan was very friendly and the Inn was a wonderful place to relax on our getaway. It was located near the Falls and also close to the Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries that we were visiting.

The breaksfasts were phenomenal and offered a great variety. The quality of the meals were equal to the finest restaurants that I have visited.

The conversation with Susan was interesting and provided great insight into some of the cultural differences between the United States and Canada. We look forward to saying here again during our next trip to Canada!

We were met by the host Susan who was a delight and spend the weekend in the Taylor Room.
The room is rich with decor and textures, the food was outstanding!

This beautiful old house makes a perfect Bed & Breakfast. We stayed in the Taylor room, which was perfectly furnished with a great bed and comfy chairs facing the fireplace. The bathroom was gorgeous and I regret we weren't staying longer to enjoy both the whirlpool tub and the fancy shower! The house is substantial and stately and the furnishings, draperies and bedding match. Our room was simply yet carefully decorated. I've stayed in too many B&B's where the furniture is cheap and the decor tacky with too many "cute" things that don't match up with the rooms. Our breakfast was great - loved the French Toast and smoked bacon from a local butcher. Susan is a lovely hostess! We found the location great for both our dinner overlooking the falls just a few kilometers away and when we headed out to Niagara-on-the-Lake and wineries the next day. It's in a quiet residential area away from the chaos of Clifton Hill and a lovely escape from the impersonal hotels in the area. I've already recommended this B&B to friends. There's so much to do in the area and we hope to head back soon and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Kilpatrick Manor for a week.

I must firmly disagree with the reviews posted below. The "new owner" is a delightful woman and a great hostess. Her dinner recommendation for our first night in town was excellent and she was able to answer all of our questions about the area. Our room, the Hunniford, was beautiful and breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of beverages, fruits, pastries, bacon and what I would deem the best French toast I've ever had. If the reviews below were true when they were written, they are not true now. If I return to Niagara Falls, I will return to Kilpatrick Manor.
