My wife and I were so impressed our last stay late 2012, we made arrangements for a three day stay, March 3 - 6, 2013. Gwen Wheeler, took our reservation, she was very helpful, pleasant and professional. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. Our check-in was efficient. I was very impressed at how friendly the house-keeping staff is. We were in room 914, it was nice and clean, just as we remenbered. I love the sleep quality of the Simmons Beauty Rest matresses. I thought the pillows were Sorbel Westex but I was mistaken. Nevertheless, they give very good sleep quality.
On March 4, we had breakfast at Perkins, which is connected to the hotel. This is no reflection on the Wyndham, it is over-priced.
We went to the spa, it is clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi was enjoyable and relaxing.
Amanda in house-keeping was amazing, always saying hello and wanting to ensure that we were well taken care of.
The Wyndham Garden Fallsview has a major advantage over a lot of hotels that I've stayed. God willing, we will definitely stay again.
