The Embassy Suites was recomended by the facebook.com/niagarafallstourism page. We did alot of pre trip investigating and it has to be said. This place was everything we expected and more. From the ultra modern tastefully decorated falls view suite right down to the valet staff our experience was great.

Room - Very clean upon arrival well decorated, Nice 40ish flat screen and of course the view... Spectacular

Property - This is the closest hotel to Niagara Falls, no matter what any of the others claim this is the closest, the others in the area are behind the Embassy choose them if you want a great view of this hotel also you can hear the roar of the falls which was cool.

The art deco chandalier in the main lobby was stunning.

Staff - Very attentive friendly. Best information was given to us by a really nice lady Mary or Maria at the Tour operators desk

Room Tip: Ask for a falls View room well worth it

We had a week in Niagara Falls as my husband had a conference. We stayed in a different hotel during the conference and stayed here for 2 nights, but not in a falls view. Regardless, of not being able to see the falls, we were very impressed.

Our room was HUGE and the staff was very friendly. I had purchased a voucher via one of the discount type websites, which included $50 for the keg and TGIFridays. Unfortunately the Keg Fallsview had flooding so we couldn't eat dinner with a view. They have 2 kegs in this hotel and we went to the one downstairs, which was less busy. Our service was great. We had breakfast in the TGIFridays and it was pretty good.

Only downside was you could self park but the parking lot was quite a distance so we paid for valet parking, which really was only $10 more anyway.

We traveled here on a Groupon and couldn't believe all the perks that were included! My husband and I were just looking for a quick weekend getaway before the spring semester started (I work in higher education) and were happy to find such a great place! We stayed on the 22 floor, in a falls view room - amazing! The whirlpool tub was fantastic, as was the fireplace. We could have spent all weekend just looking at that view (good view of both American and Canadian falls). Absolutely no complaints about the room at all - very clean, very spacious, relatively modern, incredible view!

We used valet parking for the car - didn't bother us. Given all the perks we were getting included with the Groupon, it didn't feel like a big deal to us to pay a little extra for valet. Especially given the nasty weather the weekend we visited...bitterly cold and very windy. The extra money was worth not having to walk in that weather to get our car.

The food was great - the breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many selections! The other reviewers are right - get there early or you will have serious LINES! We always went in the earliest slot, and never had any problems getting a table. In fact, we often scored a table right by the windows with a great view of the falls! We also enjoyed the manager's reception - nothing fancy, but we appreciated the snacks and drinks. Our only real complaint was with the Keg. They were awful. We made reservations a couple weeks before our visit for an 8pm dinner. We show up to a complete madhouse outside the Keg at 7:55. Upon telling them our names and that we have reservations, we're told that we'll have to wait a few minutes for a table - ok, I understand that it's Friday night and very busy. I'm ok waiting a few minutes. What I was not ok with was waiting nearly 40 minutes after my reservation time for a table, and seeing couples who arrived after we did get seated before us. We weren't the only couple in this situation, as there were several other couples near us in the same boat. The staff was very rude when asked about being seated and the steak was ok, but certainly not worth the price on the menu. We had a discounted dinner through the Groupon, but in future I wouldn't bother with it. Plenty of other restaurants around that aren't as rude, for sure.

Overall, great hotel - only downside being the Keg and that's pretty much out of the hotel's control. We loved our visit and would absolutely stay there again!

Amazing View
My wife and I celebrated our valentines day on the 37th floor, Fallsview with the whirl pool. Very spacious, it even has a pullout sofa bed in the other room for quest. Don't bother with valet parking, save yourself $30.00 a day and park your car in the casino (Hint its only $5 - 10 a day if you remove your vehicle, so if your vehicle remains there for three days its only $10.00 hee hee). Don't plan on using the refrigerator. It's so small you can only fit two to three drinks. The wifi is not free, it's $10.00 a day. If you really need to use wifi just go to starbucks across the street or AppleBee's. They offer free wifi. The hotel accommodates you with 2 WEGO bus passes. Its good for your entire stay. I recommend that you just stick with the Blue bus, it takes 30minutes to go around the entire town. This way you get to see all the available attractions first hand (The purple, green, orange and I forget the other colors for the buses, so it only runs up to certain times and doesn't go back to the major hotels). We caught the Magic show with the early dinner, so well worth it. Breakfast was great at the Embassy they had everything you could possibly want for breakfast. Although I thought it was a bit tacky for the chef's cooking the Omelets to have a tip jar present. I would definitely recommend this place. Regarding Canada, be prepared for the taxes that you will pay for after your meals. In addition to which I'll be better prepared with regards to navigation. It you are using Garmin to get to your destination, once you cross that bridge it will not work.So bring a map

This hotel was wonderful. The food tasted amazing. The menus fitted every food style one could possibly think of. Not to mention that they were within the hotel and you got a discount on them with the purchase of the room. Also, the staff member were very helpful and attentive. They were very accommodating to our specific needs. And, with all of this, we had an wonderful room with a gorgeous view, and truly could not have asked for anything better.
