“Ten out of Ten Rob and Bill.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2010

We stayed at Greystone Manor for 3 nights in the Jade Room. Rob and Bill looked after us so well in their beautiful home. It was more like staying with friends and we really enjoyed their company. On arrival Rob drove us to the Welcome Centre so we could get ourselves sorted with transport passes/tickets etc. for our stay. The breakfasts were superb and they were always on hand if we needed their assistance or a sustaining cup of tea. They suggested great restaurants and even drove us to the station at 6 am on the day of our departure supplying a breakfast pack to eat on our trip.

My wife and I went on our 20th anniversary a year and a half late, and picked the Greystone based on reviews here and we were not disappointed.

Rob and Bill are wonderful hosts and delightful people willing and able to make your stay one to remember. We had a comfortable room and wonderful breakfasts.

I can recommend Greystone without qualification, and my wife and I are looking forward to our return.

Now I understand why Graystone Manor has a 100% approval rating. Rooms are expertly decorated and comfortable. From the first 5 minutes they made you feel at ease and we met some other wonderful people who also were very open from the relaxing and friendly environment. Extremely helpful - even dropped us down town on our big night out for our 25th anniversary. What separates this place from all the others is the feeling you are among friends and attention to detail. It very apparent they genuinely love what they are doing. Breakfast was fabulous and the beautiful start of fresh orange juice, freshly picked local peaches, melon, and berries served in a chalice. Followed by and Eggs Benedict and fresh baked croissants and hot steaming coffee were served in a relaxed yet elegant setting. I wouldn't stay at any other B&B while in Niagara Falls and you will feel the same way if you go there once. Bravo Graystone!

Greystone Manor was a great place to stay in Niagara Falls. It could not have been better. It's away from the bustle of the tourist area yet close enough to the falls to walk to it. Rob and Bill were wonderful hosts. They made us feel like we were old friends. We couldn't have felt more welcome! Bill even offered to drive us to the falls so we wouldn't have to pay to park.

The place was spotless. Our room even smelled clean. I think it was the cedar paneling in an area of the room. The bed was comfortable, the shower stall was large. Breakfast was delicious! They make fresh pastries and serve crisp, fresh fruit along with whatever else they're making that day.

I can't say enough good things about Greystone Manor and Rob and Bill. If you're looking for a place to stay in Niagara Falls, definitely stay there. You'll be very happy you did.

Greystone Manor was our first experience with a Bed and Breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a more ideal way to stay in Niagara Falls. Rob and Bill are most gracious and accommodating. Their recommendations for sightseeing, the intelligent conversations and the breakfasts!!!!!
We stayed in the Jade Room. The room was large; the bath comfortable. The bed was the best I'd ever slept in.
We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to others and we will definitely stay with Rob and Bill the next time we come to Niagara Falls.

i probably sent no less than five emails to rob prior to our visit, asking a host of questions. he was always forthright, complete, helpful and genuinely friendly. we arrived a bit early, but bill met us in the parking lot almost as soon as soon as we were able to open to the car doors. the two of them have done a marvelous job renovating this gem of a property and bill's work on the gardens is exemplary. the location is superb, the breakfast wonderful and their undeniable passion for the business worthy of deep respect. bill gave us some spot on advice about things to do in the afternoon, then graciously shared some time for an afternoon libation on the patio. another visiting couple joined us for a thoroughly enjoying respite, exactly the sort of experience we treasure while visiting b&b's. we even took rob's advice on an eatery over our planned destination and were thrilled with the outcome. all in all a grand experience that we'd love to replicate by returning some time in the future.
