“Breakfast Bar”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

We stayed at the Radisson, and decided to try the breakfast bar, and I have to say the food was just ok, and not much available on the bar.

“Good Food - Not so good service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

We love Tony Romas since they closed all the ones in Dallas, TX and were so excited to eat here. But it seemed like they did not like Americans or something. The service was bad with our first guy server. My father had to get up for our own refills and other things. Tip already included. The second time the lady server was so much better even though they were about to close. They're ribs are great.

Thank you for posting your comments, it is great to hear that you enjoyed your food so much. I apologize that your first server was not as attentive as they should have been, but was glad to hear that you enjoyed the service on your second visit. P.S. We love seeing Americans, and many of us have family throughout the United States.

“Not worth the visit!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

This eatery wasn't impressive at all. The only thing we liked about it was the accessibility--it was right there. Food was poor and service was worse, especially for families with little children. We almost wanted to just step out and walk away, but resolved to call the customer service number instead. After we got back a couple of weeks later, the manager at that time, wrote to us, apologized and gave us gift certificates to give them another try the next time we're in town. Doubt we will ever try to use it again, but here's hoping our feedback will help them improve.

“Go for the ribs!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

This is a good restaurant, away from the tourist crowds. The place is frequented by city residents, which is a positive sign. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious, particularly the ribs. The vegetables were also tasty, and the portions were generous. One of their specialties is their onion loaf, which is literally a brick of fried onions. We've been to the restaurant a few times, and each time we order this for an appetizer. When it's done right, it is delicious. However, that has not always been the case. Sometimes it has been a little too fried -- dry and burnt flavoured. So it is a bit of a gamble: high risk, high reward. In any event, it is the ribs that you go for. Yum!
