Staying here near the end of our trio around usa was a treat, we had a view of the falls being on a side room, we got a package the included breakfast, the breakfast was fantastic, we also had a lunch at the restaurant which was great. We found the location handy, if you walked down to the falls be prepared for a walk up hill back to the hotel, it didn't bother us. The casino is attached by the walkway which was handy there are a few shops there too. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I don't like is paying for wifi, we found the bigger hotels charge for wifi and the smaller hotels seem to have included.

The hotel was beautiful! I can't say enough about the wonderful hotel staff. From breakfast in the Grande Caffe to drinks at the Myst and every single person in between- THANK YOU. The room was clean, the view was wonderful, the shower and that tub...aaahhhh... We even had an actual bath rug in our bathroom. The concierge desk was very helpful. There is even a pizza company that delivers right to the room if you don't feel like going out for food.

I was expecting this to be a quick inexpensive little getaway. Get that thought out of you head and you'll enjoy the stay more. Parking is $20/day -save yourself time just valet $25/day. There is a Starbucks coffee available in the lobby as well as a Starbucks across the street in the Galleria. Go out the main lobby don't use the enclosed walk fo that. Meander a bit further through the connected Four Points Sheraton over to East Side Marios for drinks and dinner, head over to the Galleria and casino for a little people watching fun.

I organized 3 days of meetings and work sessions for our company during the week of March 18th 2013. We had around 35 people for 3 days and the hotel. Everybody had Falls view rooms in the North tower. I was on the 30th floor. All our rooms had 2 king beds and a Jacuzzi tub. First impression when you walk in the room is Wow. The view is spectacular, especially if you time it for sun rise over the falls. It was a great way to treat our employees, they all appreciated it very much.

The conference rooms (we had three, one large and two small) were all well appointed and functional. Break food was good, service was excellent, among the best I've experienced for a conference. Special thanks to Becky who was a great help when our timing was off or other little issues.
Gym was fairly small and put in an isolated area with the pool, equipment was modern but towels were pretty old, there were also no more paper cups for the water fountain. On a busy day I would expect there would be a line up for the equipment.
Had diner at the Brasas Brazillian restaurant. Food was very good and plentiful. A very nice experience.
Breakfast buffet was good, omelet lady had forgotten her smile though (probably the only one in the hotel).
Did not go to the casino so can`t comment on this.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable, many wanted to take a matress home !

Room Tip: Gets a falls view above 25 th floor if you want to see the Canadian falls, North tower

The hotel, the staff, the food and the view (Room 2206) was amazing in every way possible.

The room was prenominal with the softest beds ever and the most perfect view of the falls. The staff was so nice. We stopped at the desk to ask for information about one thing and got tons of other great bits including tickets for complimentary wine tastings at the local vineyards.

Breakfast was far more than expected with amazing fresh fruits, pastries, and more - if you left hungry from it that was your own fault and again the staff have high quality service down to a fine science.

We loved every minute of our brief stay.

Sometimes I think when using a groupon you get slightly different treatment. Not here! We asked for a high up floor and we were put on the 32nd floor, the highest possible. The view was absolutely fantastic and the room was too. The jacuzzi tub overlooking the falls is nice. My only negative comment would be that while the windows to the bathroom shut, they do not provide much privacy. We used all the vouchers given to us without any trouble. The concierge was helpful as we planned trips to the falls and the butterfly conservatory.

Room Tip: The higher up the better!

This was our second visit to this Hilton. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We found the room to be extremely clean, housekeeping friendly. Loved the stores in the adjacent Galleria. Breakfast in the Grande Caffe (located where Macaroni Grille is) was superb! Brasa was also a neat experience, expensive, but a one time deal.
Our only complaint was the wifi would not stay connected long enough to do anything. We were international, and were hoping to facetime/call home and weren't able to which was a huge letdown. We called front desk, they sent us to their helpdesk, stayed on the phone with them for 15-20 minutes, no fix, went to front desk, they were nice enough to let us move rooms. Still didn't help. We were sure when we moved to the 48th floor that there would be good wireless signal.. Wrong..

Room Tip: Don't pay for wifi. Sign up for their email updates so you can get special offers.

I go every 3 months or so to Niagara Falls with a small group of girls. We try to stay at a different hotel every time we go. This time it was the Hilton. What a fantastic room we had. It was a 2 bedroom suite with fireplace and jacuzzi. The set up was great - a bedroom on either side of the washroom which offered both privacy and the ability to be together without going to a totally different room. It was cold enough when we were there to turn on the fireplace - loved it!!! Even took the time to have a jacuzzi. Tub seemed a bit bigger than the norm. The room also boasted a small couch and coffee table by the window so that you could enjoy the view of the falls.
Of course complimentary coffee in the bar area which had a side window to it that let in some extra light.
All in all, absolutely loved this hotel - only downside - no free internet, no even in the biz centre. Usually when you do not have free internet in the room, you can at least get it in the biz centre - nope. Come on guys, give that one a second look!
The location of the hotel is fantastic - on those cold days, no need to stick your nose out of the door to hit the casino running.
The continental breakfast was superb and the hotel also boasts Brasia - will write a seperate review on this restaurant.

Room Tip: loved the 2 bedroom suite with fireplace
