“dirty, loud”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

stayed this week and definately a bad experence. was too loud, we heard the road and construction outside and the wind through what must be paper thin walls. the room and the bathroom were not cleaned sufficiently. the pool area was fine. the restaurants there are way over priced and the service is what you's expect at a best western or a holiday inn.

Room Tip: ask for new wing

We have stay a few times in the past as the view is out of this world. Usually we are in the south tower on the 33rd floor.
This time we were upgrade to the north tower corner king suite on the 44th floor. What a view.
The checkin was quick and easy.
This is the place to stay if you want to be close to the falls and have a great friendly staff.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: if you want a great view, stay in the north tower

This was our first Hilton Hotel and my Wife and I found it to be a very private, quiet luxury experience. The room was the King Suite with separate bath, shower, whirlpool tub. The entrance opened into a separate seating and TV viewing area, with the sleeping area far enough away that it would not disturb you if you wanted some quiet time while someone watched tv or used their computer. However, the second TV was situated above the fireplace which added
a luxury feature not usually found in all hotels. Our room overlooked the Falls and when the lights
were turned on the Falls took on a very romantic view that can only be exerinenced from higher
floor such as ours. The room was exceptionally clean and well balance with everything where it should be for its use. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet through out the night with no hallway noise heard in the suite. We had dinner in the Watermark Restaurant 33rd Floor and cocktail in the Lounge on the 34th Floor, and we can tell you that the staff in each area were above average and without standing over you, they made you feel like you were the only customer in the restaurant. (It was a pleasure dinning here, especially with the perfectly cooked and served Prime Rib).
Finally, the location was compatable with our needs, as it was close to the Falls, it was also connected to the Casino, making it very convenient for most people, including the many shops and restaurants on site.
The Hilton Niagara is a quality Hotel with professional, friendly engaging staff and excellent services. You will really enjoy your stay here.

The view of the falls from our room was amazing. The hotel is quite big and offers guests plenty of bars and eating areas. Guests must go to the top floor and experience dining or a quite drink as the view is superb, especially at night. Only downside was we had no hot water in our room. Overall great place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel years ago and never came back because of parking. Those days parking was horrible. This time I attended a 4-day 3 nights stay conference and what impressed me were the parking attendants working deligently to provide good service the moment your car pulls in. Hotel offers valet parking for $25 and self park was for $20, money though is not the point. I observed how these employees during the day and night I was there and so impressed with their ready smiles though I know they were tired of moving cars. Kudos to you guys !!
Check-in went in a breeze so with check out, very efficient. Except for Brasa for dinner, did not really get involved too much with other employees. Room is big enough for me enjoy 12midnight to 6:00 am snooze. A little bit of difficulty of turning on and off TV set, though with a lot of patience it works. Good hotel choice for a conference.

We had a whirlpool kingsized room on the 24th floor where you could see both falls from our window. Spectacular!

I do wish there was a refrigerator in the room though.
They would provided one for an additional cost.

Several eateries in the hotel. I really enjoyed the Braza Steakhouse.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. We stayed in the King Suit with a whirlpool tub with a view of both the American Falls and the Horseshoe Falls. It was pretty epic. The staff was very friendly and informative, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to and from the falls (and right across the road from the casino)! I'm not going to lie - it was really expensive (around $300/night was the final bill), but everything in that vicinity was a pretty penny (again - a very close walking distance from the falls) and we had one of the more expensive rooms (I'm sure we could have stayed here for much cheaper by selecting a different room type). The bar was fabulous (again, expensive but fabulous - $4 for a bottle of water / $16 for a drink). I think our bar tender's name was John - he was awesome and gave us some pretty good info on things to do, places to eat, etc. Overall, I would love to stay here again if we find it in our budget to do so!

Room Tip: The Falls View rooms are excellent because you can see both of the falls (we stayed on the 23rd leve...
