Lots of construction, was locked out of our room 3 different times, they charged our card twice and held $250 which we are still resolving after two days. unfriendly staff. the valet and the eatery in the hotel was excellent however. Stay far away from this place. Upgrade to the Hilton next door. also the windows were very dirty and obscured the city view. the maid staff sucks at cleaning even if you tip them. the bed was made sloppy and the pillows were still in the same spots we left them. they forgot to empty the garbage can that was full. and we left a $4 tip before we came back to discover the mess. save your money and don't bother tipping. it doesn't matter.

I booked the hotel because of the online pictures. I called the hotel and asked for the room online, full falls view! When we arrived there was a building between the hotel and the falls. Our room had no view of the falls, when we complained we were moved higher,18th floor. We then had a view of one of the falls.

The hotel is in the perfect location right on Fallsview Blvd, right across the Fallsview Casino. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, where rates for all the hotels were ridiculously overpriced! I've been to Niagara Falls a bunch of times and I love the area and I know that its very overpriced. The hotel itself was a good rate and not bad at all. The rooms are mediocre, with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was not good at all. For the location and the price, I would stay here again for sure and would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Just like everyone else, I too did a lot of research before booking this hotel. Once we made the decision to book, we called the hotel directly for prices & any package deals available. (best prices) We opted for the 2 night package which included 2 breakfasts & the voucher for The Keg. I became a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but it was too late to change at that point, so I hoped for the best. I'm so glad I took the advice of the reviewer that said park in the casino parking lot on level 5 A, B or C. We did just that & were right at the door to the walkway that connected us to the hotel. We also signed up for a player’s club card & played a little so parking was free versus the $23/day charged by the hotel. We were on the 14th floor. Our room was nice and very clean and so was the bathroom…very important to me. The bathrooms were a little small, but how much time do you really spend in the bathroom? With the 2 night package we got a voucher for the Keg as well as 2 free breakfasts & a shuttle bus pass. The Keg was very good, although very pricey, but we expected that going in. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but it was included so we ate there. I wouldn't pay to eat there. All in all, we really had no problems with the hotel and would stay there again.

Well for the money i paid thought we were getting a nice place.. i dont even know where to start... first off we paid $199.00 a night...f or this place.. we pull in to unload and notice a sign we have to pay an additional $20.. a night to park our car.. then our hotel beds were lumpy quilt was horrible.. and room was small.u have to walk past a restraunant and see people eating when u walk to the pool inside.. and we ordered 4 cups of milk.. small cups they were $21.00 for them.. no room service.. and the buffet breakfast $9.99 all u can eat but the drinks are extra come on...and then they charge u all these extra taxes... it sucks.. the view sucks.. suppose to be falls view u cant see because of the big casino they built right in front and the trees.... no more will we be back....it was suppose to be for my daughters 12 th birthday...
