Good location, but near the 403 so ask for a room away from the highway. Very nice staff, but the amenities are getting a little worn at the edges. There was grouting missing in the tubs in both the bathrooms we experienced, and the hot tub was closed. Having said that we had wonderful TVs and WI Fi service.Great there was a microwave and small fridge. Excellent that there were doors between the bed and living area. We would go back again!

We bought our stay here through teambuy so paid VERY little for our room. Had I paid full price I would have left upon arrival and asked for my money back.

Upon arrival the front foyer looked nice with a large staircase rising from the main floor. I thought that this meant that we may have gotten a "real deal" but this was not to be the case.

Upon check in and recieving our coupons we came to learn that the casino coupon was for a casino in the States, which meant that we should have brought our passports-and didn't. Also the Dave and Busters coupon required a $15 activation fee to be able to use. So folks need to be informed of that.

Security in this hotel is non-exsistent! The hotel is comprised of two seperate buildings, joined together by a walkway over a road allowance. The front door to the adjoining building is unlocked and didn't require a passkey or passcode to gain access to the building. Anyone from the street can walk right in, hop on an elevator or walk down a hallway throughout the hotel. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!

The hallways in this hotel are FREEZING!

The worst area for cold was the foyer and elevator of the adjoining building. I couldn't believe it that a inside area could be so very very COLD.

We had read in other reports on Tripadivsor that people had issues with the heaters in their rooms, so when we got into our room and the temperature was acceptable we didn't dare to change the setting. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!

The pool was cloudy and DIRTY with what appeared to be dirty laying on the bottom. It was nasty enough looking that we didn't even go swimming during our stay. UNACCEPTABLE! We've never experienced this before.

The hot-tub was boarded up-and it didn't look like it was a temporary boarding. It looked permanent.

There was a pool in the other building, but it was empty(literally no water in it), and by the amount of filth that covered the pool chairs and fake plants in that area it was obvious that this area had not been entered into in a long time. It looked as if they were using this area for junk storage as there was other "stuff" piled in this area. It did not look as if work was even being done on the pool area-had that been the case some dust and dirt would have been acceptable. It just looked like a storage area.

About the room...The only thing that seemed to be clean were the sheets on the bed. There was dirt on the carpets, with some sort of dirt that had been left on the carpet that could have easily been barf splatters. Yuk! There were dirt splatters on the walls. Yuk! And even though the maid must have seen the splatters everytime she made the bed they were still there. There's no way she could have missed seeing the splatters as they were literally 6inches from where she had to tuck in the sheets.

There was some sort of food left behind on the floors. Looked liked dried fruit and trail mix.

Previous guests had spilled liquids on the handles of drawers and it was left there for us to look at.

Pervious guests had scribbled with pen on the phones and in our guest services book, and they were left for us to look at.

The ceiling in our bathroom was cracked with a large area falling off.

The filth around the bathroom sink was gross. Many many splatters on the walls that needed to be wiped off.

The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned between guests, because after my shower and the mirror was steamed I could read the messages written by previous guests.

The Don Cherry's restaurant was also not clean. Floors were dirty as well as the tables.

Unfortunately my photos don't want to upload-so I can't show you. Too bad because if you see them, you would not make a reservation here.

For a hotel that is in an area so full of attractions and activities that can be done, there were NO information pamphlets in the room. No restaurant guides either. Had I known there would be nothing in the rooms I would have done more prep work at home before coming. So your best bet is to stop at a tourism office befor coming here.

This hotel is far from "The Falls" and be prepared that you will need to drive to the Falls and probably pay for parking while you're down there.

The $10/day parking fee at this hotel is rediculous! It's not downtown Toronto.

Throughout my stay I had to keep telling myself that I only paid x amount for my room, which was less than half of what I would normally pay for a run of the mill hotel room, so I was getting what I paid for-a cheap crappy hotel for a cheap price. Had I paid full price I would have left within hours of arrival.

The building was in need of work. The rooms were clean and modern but the hallways and lobby had signs of wear. We traveled there in the Winter so we didn't get to see the outdoors pool up and running. The other two indoor pools again showed signs of wear. The pool in basement was in need a renovating. It looked as if it had been neglected for sometime.

The location was great for shopping as it is located directly across from the outlet mall. However, if you came to see the falls this isn't the place for you.

We went here as part of a Groupon, but felt that the other deals we have purchased at the other hotels closer to the falls were a better deal. We didn't use the coupons that came with this deal as they had far to many constraints.

The hotel is right across the street from the outlets but not to Clifton Hill. Parking costs $10.00 per day and the water is expensive - it is $2.99 per bottle. There is a tag right on the bottle to indicate the price though. Our room was very clean and modern. It was quiet although we were on the ground floor near the door. We were satisfied with our stay. Don Cherry's is in the hotel and upon check in we received a 10% off coupon.

My husband and I like to take in a night of slots every once in a while but don't like to dish out several hundred dollars for just one night in Niagara Falls. So, when I lucked out and found a $55/night Groupon for this location, we went ahead and made a reservation. I'd read a few less-than-stellar reviews, but was pleasantly surprised upon check-in. It looks like the entire property has recently been renovated and our room was no exception. With up-to-date décor, a comfortable bed and a spankin'-clean bathroom, there's really not much else we could have asked for (particularly at such a great price.)

The only suggestion I might have for management is to put more than one cup (they no longer put carafes in the room coffee makers - they, instead, make a cup at a time) of coffee in each room instead of just one regular and one decaf.
