We just got back from the Ramada spending 4 nights during the Christmas holidays visiting family in the Falls. I was concerned about the noise as the hotel was fully booked, we were upgraded to a King Suite with much appreciation.

As the hall noise was a problem on our last visit it was very quiet for sleeping this time around. If you keep the fan from the heating unit on constantly while sleeping you will not hear the highway traffic either as I read some guests are kept awake by this as well. The hotel did a great job with the traffic control from the Outlets across the street, as I thought this was going to be a concern finding parking for the guests. We did however every evening have to park at the back of the hotel due to the restaurant parking taking up the front. Not that bad except the last evening during a winter storm having to walk through the wind and snow.

Overall we were pleased just a few minor charges where you feel you are nickeled and dimed with parking, hotel fees and taxes. I thought the bottled water was free each day it was replenished with the cleaning staff, didn't read the fine print on the paper stating it was 2.99 a bottle. Just giving guests a warning unless you don't mind paying for a case of water for 2 bottles of water.

This was the first time i stayed at Ramada hotel and definitely would be the last time.They charged my credit card four times for one night stay. Obviously i disputed the charge with my credit card company Amex. It took 4 months for Ramada hotel to reply back to Amex that there was an item missing from the room so they charged me for that. I asked for one king bed but they were fully booked for the labor day weekend so they gave me a 2 queen bed.I stayed in the room for just 6 hours and i stayed there all by myself and i am 100% sure that i left the room the way it was, i didnt even touch the other queen bed. Well the hotel had my information why didnt they call me , why did they come up with that lame excuse that an item was missing after 4 months.I have stayed at so many hotels but have never been treated this way.
