We stayed here for three nights,the rooms were spacious and clean.. their restaurant is only fair
eat out elsewhere as there is plenty of choice,we stayed in August and the heat was intense,not
a good month to stay here

The temperatures in August can be very hot, however, a nice stroll by the falls or a walk through Queen Victoria Park does wonders for helping our visitors stay cool as do our air conditioned rooms.

We do wish to say thank you for choosing our hotel for your visit to Niagara Falls. Should you be in the area again we do hope to see you again.

We occupied 20 rooms for hockey players and parents. Had no cost parking for our bus, plenty of towels, pool was a little chilly for me and front desk staff was very pleasant, we will stay here again if we make the tournament again next year.

We booked this hotel based upon the rave reviews of the view of the falls, and paid to have a falls view room. While we were able to see the horseshoe falls, the American falls were blocked by another hotel, so it really was a partial view. I only share this so other readers won't be disappointed. Other than that, the room was nice, the staff was very friendly and the valet parking was easy. The location was good - walking distance to restaurants, casino, etc.

Valet guys gave a great first impression!
Room was very comfortable with nice calming colours throughout. Excellent view of the falls! Sleep number bed was definitely an unexpected plus. Not a big fan of feather pillows but to each his own.
Overall, a great stay!

Stayed here on Jan 1st for a night in the Fallsview whirlpool room. The overall quality wasn't bad. When I first walked in, it smelt like body odor in the room... I tried to look for a window so I can circulate the air but none of the windows were the ones that opened. I had to keep the fan going on all day and night to try to circulate the air but the smell stayed till the next day. The bathroom had the same issue. The shower had the old humid smell and I also had to keep the washroom fan on all night. Sleep number beds were great to sleep in. Staff and service was the best part overall. Nice and kind. Free Wifi was nice but I personally prefer free parking.

Friendly, helpful staff. room was great with a view of horseshoe falls. bed was comfortable and room very clean. normally we don't use room service but did on this occasion as it was value for money and promptly supplied.
Great location with the wego bus stop right out front. quick walk to see the falls and prime viewing spot of the fireworks across the street. fallsview casino a short walk. all round nice place to stay.

Room Tip: fallsview room was the way to go

We traveled here a few days after New Year's Day. The staff was friendly and helped us find a room with a great room of the falls. However, this hotel fell short of our expectations in several ways.
- First of all, the indoor pool area was not usable as the water was kept too cold to enjoy in the winter as was the temperature in the pool area. Unfortunately, the hot tub area was kept the exact same temperature as the rest of the pool, so it wasn't even "hot." This was disappointing because the hotel advertised its indoor pool and we were excited to use it.
- The bathtub in the hotel room was supposed to have water jets, but to our disappointment did not work. Furthermore, the bathroom was freezing cold despite our attempts to raise the temperature.
- Although our room had a great view I have a feeling that many of the other rooms do not as most of the rooms' views are blocked by another hotel across the street.
- When we first entered our room we were unable to open the blinds because they were broken. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone up to fix them.
Overall, this hotel would be really nice if the different amenities were actually functioning. I know that we were probably visiting during the cold season but that doesn't mean the hotel should skimp on guest services. This hotel is in a good location and if all the service were working properly this would be great hotel.

Room Tip: Room 440, although not on a very high floor, has a very nice view of Niagara Falls.

Thank you for your review of our hotel. I do sincerely apologize for the problems which you experienced with your stay. In researching your stay I did see that the staff responded quickly to correct the problems with your blind, but still, I do realize it was an inconvenience for you.

Our hotel does not have a hot tub, but rather a whirlpool which shares the common water of our pool. I have discussed your recent stay with our Chief Engineer. I do assure you that he is working diligently on resolving the issues you have noted here in your review.

I do wish to also thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention as it is through our guests feedback that we are able to fine tune our operation.
