Overall we were very satisfied. close proximity to falls and casino. comfy rooms, wtih microwave and free wifi in the rooms too! we really appreciated that. When we got there, there was no other option, we were "forced" to use valet, which was a bit steep to dig out $20+ for valet parking. but i guess that's the tourist area.
However, another thing to point out is the elevators were extremely slow. i guess when they renovated the hotel lobby and rooms, they didn't upgrade the elevators. And since the elevators were so slow and everyone was anxiously waiting there... including some staff with the dolly carts. Upon checking in and waiting to go to our rooms at the elevators, we had a staff who didn't have the courtesy to let us in the elevators first, and in fact wouldn't let us to get on the elevator with her even though there were plenty of space in the elevator. She just told us there was no room and wait for the next. We had to wait a few mins before we were able to get on. We didn't mind the wait, but rather thought that staff was quite impolite. Some improvements on the elevators are much needed. That's minor... overall we were happy.

I apologize for the inconveniences you encountered when attempting to use our elevators. The staff member you encountered certainly did not display our usual exemplary approach to guest service. Your comments have been reviewed with all departments to ensure that this does not occur again. The team at the Radisson Hotel and Suites Fallsview pride themselves on the services we provide our guests and are driven to ensure complete guest satisfaction from initial guest contact all the way through departure.
I am pleased though that overall you did enjoy your stay with us. I do hope that you will return and give us the opportunity to show our true guest service philosophy.
