Stayed at the hotel to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. We had a superior deluxe room on the 28th floor. Bellhop service was a little off (Had to hail him twice and I was parked at the entrance. Once he got our bags service was good and quick. (He met us at the room) Check in was quick and easy and the clerk couldn't have been nicer. When we arrived at the room and opened the door we couldn't believe the view..WOW. The room overall was average and the bed was comfortable. One chair needed cushion support as you sunk when sitting down. Room service was quick and the food was great. Hallways leading to the room were extremely hot and smelled of some sort of air freshener. Elevators were also hot. Parking was ok except the $20 fee a day. Overall it was a good experience..nice hotel ..fantastic view worth paying more for....would stay here again.
