“Reserve the highest floor possible.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

We never reserve a room with a special view.
Usually we only spend "down" time in the room, resting or sleeping.
We stayed on the 19th floor and found the view spectacular - morning, noon, and night.
We experienced some heavy rain and decided to relax in the room.
Spectacular views of Horseshoe Falls and US Falls complete with rainbows!
Would highly recommend reserving a room on the highest floor possible.
Employees were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Highest room possible.

Absolutely amazing! This hotel has the best view of horseshoe falls than any other hotel! I would absolutely stay with this hotel again. The hotel service and attentiveness is far above and beyond expectations with star so friendly and helpful.

The only problem I had was that one of the power points in my room kept setting off the circuit breakers when it was used, I raised this when I checked out as I was only in the room for one night.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, make sure you pay for the full view of falls!! Don't skimp out here!

We travelled to Niagra Falls to celebrate our anniversary and stayed at the Marriott Fallsview for three nights. We used a Groupon so we got a good deal on the room. Upon arrival, the desk clerk offered to upgrade our room to the 18th floor for an extra $20 per night. He offered to let us see the room and as soon as we saw the view, we knew that was the room for us. The hotel is beautiful and everyone from the front desk to the valet was warm and welcoming (as we've come to expect from the Canadians). We had a groupon for the hotel restaurant but it is very expensive and we decided to eat out. The only thing that somewhat tinged the experience was the fact that they charged us $14.95 for internet service. I've come to expect free WiFi from even the cheaper hotels so I thought that for what we were paying for the room it should at least include WiFi service. Having said that, we had a great trip and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were lucky to get our room on the top floor.
The view was fantastic, and was worth the mid 300$ we paid.
Food was disappointing and over-priced, even with the coupon discounts.
Even for Niagara Falls standards.
Breakfast is crowded and the waiters often forget to
fully set the tables.

Did you ever see the movie French kiss? The guy at desk? That was the greeting we experienced.we traveled 14 hrs to the falls, got in close to midnight and were very tired and cranky. We didn't expect a hug and kiss but a welcome or warm smile would of been nice. Then the room suite we were told we d have for five people turned out to be one small suite two beds.but it did have a great view. They said it was bookings problem .they did give us another room at a discount one night only. So we paid twice what we were told and breakfast was not included like we were told. Also parking is $30 a day. So we learned to call hotel direct not 800 number and get conformation number. Alittle common courtesy goes along way. ...we had a good time there and everyone was else was very nice.

what one expects from such a hotel. the quality lived up to its price. on our destination vacation this was the destination. and well worth our two days there. Not for the meek of plastic however. but on this side of the large water drop I can say we were well pleased from first getting out of the car / getting in our room to final return back to our car the seamless quality remained throughout.
the rooms views respected the namesake of the hotel and gave a gorgeous and complete view of the Canadian and American falls. The food choices and in-hotel amenities were top. would like to return and re-experience. the in-room whirlpool bath was fabulous. the trip / tour we booked down in the info desk was also excellent. many nice things and we felt that in the end of our first day that we really experienced almost everything that a couple needed to at Niagara. Glad we went to the Canadian side.

Room Tip: I am not aware that any of the rooms available at this hotel had less of an experience or view.

My room was on L16 and overlooked the Horseshoe Falls. Staying at Niagara Falls is all about the view and this was the best view I've ever had. There was also a spa and fireplace in the room. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable for a good night's sleep after touring. Unfortunately the inclinator was out of order so it was quite a long walk to get to Table Rock. I walked a couple of times but then ended up getting the WEGO bus. Once the inclinator is fixed, it will be very easy to get down to Table Rock and the falls. I did not eat at the hotel, I felt the prices were way too expensive. If I came to Niagara Falls again, I would definitely stay here.

Room Tip: Take a high floor so that you can see the wonderful view...definitely worth the money
