“Great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2013

The hotel is in fantastic location. Our room had views of the falls. The room was large and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant the first night and it was a bit pricey but very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I brought the family here for a 2 day stay, we stayed in the family suite. The view of the Falls is great and at 7pm they light up! My kids loved that.
Customer Service is awesome, the breakfast is great (the man making the omelettes is on point)
Great location to the Casino....6 min walk, conv store 4 min walk more of an upscale area versus clifton hills area.
Valet parking or self parking is $25 so might as well get the Valet parking!
Everyone is friendly....Although its a bit pricey.. we will return....it was worth it.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher room to get a better view of both falls.

This hotel is great, clean comfortable great amenities. In general I find hotels in Canada are just decent, nothing too special, but in the area this is probably one of the best options. This location is high up away from the Casino and Clifton Hill and if you go in the Winter it takes a fair bit of bussing and or walking to get down to Table Rock and Clifton Hill. So if you have a vehicle, which most people going do it's no worries, however parking and all the little extras can really add up. Overall definitely the two Marriotts are great properties and worth staying at if you are going to Niagara.

Room Tip: You can pay the upgrade for the Fallsview, I didn't, but you could see the Falls from the Lobby...

This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and we wanted to stay at a hotel with a good view of the falls. This was an excellent decision. The room was nice and spacious with an amazing view. Well worth staying here for the large window views of the falls. We went during a quiet time so the hotel was not crowded at all. Meals were what you would expect in the off season. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful, extremely friendly and they provided excellent service. There is a Starbucks on site but with odd hours (it was closed during the afternoon one day). Otherwise there isn't much in the hotel for snacks and beverages. Valet parking was great - extremely prompt and friendly.

Our experience was exactly what we would expect of a Marriott - no surprises, excellent service and perfect location.

Room Tip: We stayed in a bi-level loft with a king size bed. View was amazing and our bedroom had a fireplac...

the Fallsview Marriott is located overlooking the horseshoe falls. The rooms overlooking the falls give you a magnificent view. The staff is more than friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located for walking to local attractions or the use the bus that stops right in front. The Falls are like a cristal palace in the winter with all the ice covering everything. the colored light at night play well on the ice as well. Look for a special and enjoy the getaway.

Room Tip: Ask for an upgrade to the 21st or higher floor overlooking the falls. $30 more may get you a great...

The hotel has a great view if you pick fall view rooms. The rooms are very clean but could use new furniture. New touch screens in elevators a big waste of money - cool but no needed. Attended a conference and food was good and well done. Staff very freindly and helpful.

Room Tip: Pick the fall view for sure
