We have stayed here a couple of times, and given its central location to the action on Clifton Hill, and its reasonable price, it is our first choice in Niagara. Rooms are clean, staff are helpful, Breakfast (included) plentiful.

We have stayed at the comfort inn Clifton Hill, 3 times now and we wouldn't stay at any other hotel in the falls again. The price is right, the rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. We especially like that they have a hot breakfast that is included with your stay. The indoor pool was a little cooler than what we would have like it but it was clean. Our ground floor room was just a few short steps to the ferris wheel, Boston Pizza, Tim Horton's and Clifton Hill. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to be close to everything to stay at this hotel. We also received a free dinner for two at Kelsey's or Boston Pizza with our reservation.

The staff were excellent I had a choice of both cash and credit card to pay the deposit fee, whereas normally its just credit card. There were also no king size rooms available so for the price of a king room we got a jacuzzi suite, not bad considering it was my bfs b-day. The room was spotless. However the one complaint that i do have is the carpet on the fourth floor has definitely seen better days and had an odor.

very friendly staff nice indoor pool decent breakfast very clean hotel & room, couldve been little more shampoo & conditioner & free parking wouldve been nice.there was no load noises for our weekend stay, even the pool was not load. this hotel and staff looked after all needs.staff extremely very friendly and helpful. i reccomend this hotel to anyone and will be for sure returning for another stay.
