“Fresh food for lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2012

Fast yet laid back service by friendly staff eager to please. Lots of variety and fresh salads/sandwiches for a healthy lunch, or comfort food - your choice. An airy atmosphere especially on the closed in atrium. Reasonably priced. Even the coffee is good! A good choice for lunch around Dundas and 427.

“If you're into good veggie food - dont go here”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2012

Beautiful setting in a run down part of Mississsauga. Get a seat in the atrium for the best possible view. We ordered veggie sandwiches which were horrible. No spice, barely any salt - like eating raw veggies on a bun - gross! The fries were much better.

“A huge disappointment”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2012

Our family has enjoyed this restaurant for many years. It was always a place you knew you could count on for a nice atmosphere, good service, great menu and food.
If we'd known the restaurant was under new management, we wouldn't have gone this past Saturday. The return customers that the new management are counting on will soon find out that this restaurant is not even close to what it once was and they'll lose their business as well.
The hamburger doesn't come with fries any longer. We were informed that for the money, the hamburger doesn't include fries and that if you want them, you have to order them separately! The Baron of Beef was on a stale bun and the meat was full of huge pieces of fat and ugly gristle. The service was bad and except for two members of the old waitstaff, everyone was new.
Our visit was a complete waste of money and our family will never be returning.

“Our regular place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2012

We moved to Mississauga 26 years ago. Our real estate agent took me there for lunch while we were house hunting and we have been going there ever since. The food is consistant and good. Most of the staff has been there all that time which says a lot for the management. They have Saturday and Sunday brunches which are very good and there are always lots of people there. They are about to launch a buffet dinner on Friday nights as well. It will be well attended.

“Quiet, Tasteful, Nice Time.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2012

Went to the Muddy Duck again for lunch this time. Had veggie burger with ceasar salad. Other person had French Onion Soup with Ceasar. Drinks where Stella & Santa Carlona Chardonny. Lunch was better than dinner! The french onion soup and ceasar was more flavourable and fresh. Service was not very attentive, but overall it was alright. Enjoyed The Muddy Duck Once again! Monday to Thursday if you go to their website or menu palace website they have a coupon for lunch or dinner, buy one get one free - up to 12.00 dollars. It was Friday when we went so that does not apply for today. Enjoy if you do go! Best to All!
