Staff and service at the front desk and shuttle are superb!! However housekeeping starts out with lots of towels and as days go on they leave less and less. No replenishing of amenities after first night..... First day was great had make remover cloth, shoe shine cloth, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, facial and bath soap!! But one time it seems....as we pay for each and every night these items should be replenished same as new guest arrives.
Beds....terrible. Hard and I can feel the springs....need new comfy pillow top mattresses!!
Bathroom is nice and clean...granite counter, new mirrors, shower head is so-so, tub is old with tile surround but acceptable. Room is huge, could sleep 6!! Great for large families needing space. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in my room. Coffee table, old style TV, desk area and free wifi!! Small fridge and microwave...closet and iron and ironing board. Hair dryer in bathroom.

Free breakfast is nice, although today no cranberry juice and no grapefruit juice...maybe they runout and don't replenish?? Breakfast offers waffles and hot stuff, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast etc cereal yogurt....nice selection.

So overall it's the hard bed which would stop me from coming back... The toiletries Ill leave a note for housekeeping tomorrow to leave more. I'm here all week.

When I check the current rates and if I paid 130-160/ night I kind of expect more?? I don't mind paying and Ritz are my preferred hotels! So it's all relative....

We stayed here on January 5 on an overnight before our flight to Costa Rica. The hotel is not fancy, but it is efficient. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on our Saturday night as they were having a staff party for employees. So, it smelled good but was only a teaser for the guests. We were offered transportation to a local restaurant and used that service. Transportation to the airport was on time and efficient. The rooms are uninteresting but such is life at an airport hotel.

Another Marriott quality property. I got stranded at YYZ so spent a night here--that means I'm one night away now for renewing my Marriott gold status--although it looks like I received no room upgrade. The room was actually quite sizeable, but according to the floor plan, it was the smallest. The breakfast is not the usual limited selection of Jimmy Dean breakfast salt-packed sandwiches and the like. It's more like a Holiday Inn Express' breakfast with eggs, sausages, waffles, etc. Room windows do not appear to open, which is also unusual for a Fairfield Inn.

The folks here were excellent to work with and could not have been nicer. Flew in late and ate at restaraunt downstairs and food was good. Rooms were dirty, not terrible but certainly looked like they had not been cleaned up to standards.
