This hotel has not been refurbished in 20 years! It's looking really tired. The staff are friendly and courteous but staff can smile so much. A crappy old hotel doesn't improve much with smiles.
Examples of old
1/ No WiFi in rooms, only wired Internet. For $15 extra, you can get a WiFi room. But then no extra plugs available to connect your computer. That for me shows how this hotel is not client focused. It's no longer the 80's when travellers didn't travel with technology that needs power or recharging.
2/ Old TVs as well. Forgot that these still exists in a modern country like Canada.
I'm amazed that Delta allows it brand to be associated to this low business standard which is out of touch with the needs of its clients. I haven't stayed in a Delta in a few years. If this is what one can expect, i certainly will avoid this chain. And anyway this chain will likely not survive and die a slow death.
WAKE UP DELTA HOTELS!

Who wants to come home from a warm vacation to find their car covered under a ton of snow? Delta has a multi-storied parking garage attached to their hotel and their rates were very reasonable. They also included a free shuttle to/from the Toronto International airport (about 20 minues away). They could have included a free breakfast to make this perfect!

Stayed here as was very handy to airport. Room was very nice with a bar setup. However, could only watch the TV from the bed, not from the sitting area. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here on a park-sleep-fly deal from their website. Parked our vehicle the day of our departure, but stayed overnight upon return from our vacation. The location is very convenient & close to the airport. Parking was simple - go park in the covered parking garage & write down your vehicle info for the front desk to have on file. We then paid in full for our night to use upon return to use the parking. Shuttle was efficient & quick. Only waited about 20 minutes to get one. Upon our return we got lucky, as we made our way to the designated "post" outside the airport to call for a shuttle we were able to flag it down as it drove by thus saving us the wait for its return. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Asked for late check out as our flight arrived at 2am & was offered 1:30pm. Nothing to really complain about, but since we were Delta members we had originally been told we could stay up to 6pm. No problem since we were up & ready to drive back home by noon, but it could have been annoying if we were more tired. The main reason for the "average" rating is that the rooms are very tired looking & are in need of a refresh. The wallpaper is peeling, the floors are stained & dingy & the bathrooms need a good scrubbing. For the price & amount of time we stayed in the room it was a good deal though & we would likely return again assuming the prices remained the same.
