The good: the room was very spacious (we had a King whirpool suite) and comfortable. The hotel is clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The bad: parking is terrible. Limited paking places, and they allow pay parking for non-guests. Beware, if you come in after dinner, you are not likely going to find a spot, unless you park on the street. The hotel did cancel the parking charge because of this. The breakfast is below average. Nothing wrong with the food particularily, it just wasn't kept warm enough. On the first morning we thought maybe because it was a bit later, but same result on the second morning.
Overall, if you do not need parking, and aren't fussy on breakfast, this hotel is not a bad choice for near the airport.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your comments.
I am so happy you posted both the good and the bad, so many people in today’s world focus only on the bad.
Yes we have great rooms and wonderful staff. We want every guest to have a great stay, and work very hard to accomplish this.
Parking can be a challenge in the months of Jan to April, we do have park stay and go guests, but we do send their cars off site, but with older couples, we do keep a few on the property. We do not just sell the parking, we do have a charge for weekly parking, but only if you are a guest.
I am truly sorry that our breakfast fell short, and I will share your comments with our staff that had prepared the breakfast. We take it straight from the oven to the chafing dishes, which are electric heated as well, but I do agree it needs to be hot at all times.
Thank you again for staying with us at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport, and we look forward to having you back again.
