I've only ever been in the spring/summer, when they have their rooftop patio open, which is kind of kitchsy and great if you get in at the right time and get a seat. It's a nice draw and a fairly unique draw in Port Credit. The service varies a lot more than it should, and I always notice the manager(owner?) buzzing around being anxious keeping things going. It's nice that he takes a personal interest, but it's also... well, mildly uncomfortable sometimes, for some reason. That said, the service is divided between slow and sort of on time, and the food... well, it isn't always up to par if you don't know what to order. They do a few things pretty well, but much of the menu can be discarded. But like I said, it's hot and cold... I've been there and been comped free beers because what I ordered wasn't ready (changing kegs, or just plain out of it), which is nice and unexpected. It's generally somewhere you go for an afternoon with some friends to hang out and have a few drinks in the sun.
